The tourist area of Wallenstein’s Garden occupies the southern part of the Bohemian Paradise. As the name suggests, the person responsible for the composition and lines we see in the landscape today was Albrecht Václav Eusebius z Valdštejna ( Wallenstein / Waldstein ). The centre is the historical town of Jičín. Other areas of interest include not only Valdice and the former spa town of Železnice, but also smaller villages such as Studeňany, Dřevěnice and Syřenov.
The area of Wallenstein’s Garden is an ideal place for active holidays and day trips which can combine both fun and learning. It is also the ideal starting point for visiting other areas of the Bohemian Paradise.
